visit the Ming Tombs-----which is the cemetery of the 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644).Covering an area of 80 square kilometers

Day 3:Beijing
Today's activities: Temple of Heaven , Forbidden City , Lunch,Summer Palace, Tian'anmen Square
Morning:

Visit the Temple of Heaven----- It was built for the emperors in ancient China to worship Heaven.it was inscribed on the World Heritage List by the UNESCO.
Continue to the Forbidden City-----It was the imperial palaces of the Ming(1368��1644) and Qing(1616��1911) dynasties that 24 emperors lived and ruled for over 500 years.

Afternoon:
Visit the Summer Palace-----it was a summer resort for the Empress Dowager Cixi,the famous imperial garden,it has a history of over 800years.
Tian'anmen Square-----the biggest central square in the world.

Day 4:Beijing to Lhasa
Meet your tour guide and driver at hotel,transfer to the airpot to Lhasa,pick up at Lhasa and drive to the hotel.

Day 5:Lhasa
Todays activities:Jokhang Temple,Lunch,Backhor Market Street and Potola Palace
Morning:
Morning Breakfast at hotel, Meet your guide and driver at your hotel in the morning,visit the Jokhang Temple-----it is built in 647 by Songtsen Gampo and his  wive,which is the spiritual center of Tibet. Everyday pilgrims from every corner of Tibet trek a long distance to the temple. Some of them even progress prostrate by body length to the threshold of the temple.

Afternoon:
Visit the Potola Palace-----This monastery-like palace, reclining against and capping Red Hill, was the religious and political center of old Tibet and the winter palace of Dalai Lamas. The palace is more than 117 meters (384 feet) in height and 360 (1180 feet) in width, occupying a building space of 90 thousand square meters. Potala is composed of White Palace and Red Palace. The former is for secular use while the later is for religious,it was built in 641 by Songtsen Gampo.

Day 6:Namtso
Todays activities:Namtso Lake

Day 8:Lhasa to Shanghai
Breakfast at the  hotel.Meet your driver and guide in your hotel and transfer to the Lhasa Airport to go to Shanghai,pick up at Shanghai,and drive to the hotel.

Day 9: Shanghai
Todays activities:Oriental Pearl Tv Tower, Shanghai Historical Development Museum, Lunch, Bund, Jade Buddha Temple��Acrobatic show
Morning:
Morning Breakfast at hotel, meet your guide and the driver at the hotel lobby,Visit the Oriental Pearl Tv Tower-----which is the third tallest Tv Tower in the world,after climbing up the Tv Tower,You will go to vist the Shanghai Historical Development Museum

Afternoon: 
Visit the Bund -The Bund shows off Shanghai��s outstanding foreign buildings, most of which were erected before 1937.it is the emblem of Shanghai, the area used to be British concession.
Continue the Jade Buddha Temple----- the most famous buddist temple in Shanghai where two rare jade statues of Sakyamuni Buddha is treasured.
