Note:
Please write your travel consultant's name on the postscript when you transfer the money.
It may take about 5 days for the wired payment to reach us. So we do not accept wire transfer payment if you confirm the booking and pay us less than 18 days prior to your arrival date.

3.Pay by PayPal online payment
Whatever if you have or have not a Paypal account, you may pay us securely with Paypal. Use this payment gateway, you don't need to pay any processing fee.
After you have confirmed a certain amount of payment for the travel service you are going to book from China Comfort Travel Tours, your travel consultant at China Comfort Travel Tours will send you a PayPal payment link via email. By following that payment link, you will be transferred to Paypal's secure online payment website. If you have a Paypal account, all you need to do is to login to your Paypal account and click the "pay" button. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay us at Paypal's website by providing your credit card information. Paypal accepts all the major credit card and debit card.

Terms and conditions

Deposit
If you book a tour 35 days in advance of the scheduled departure date, a deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is required.

*Please note that this deposit will count toward the full payment.

If you book a tour within 35 days before the scheduled departure date, payment in full is required.

Final Payment
If you book a tour 35 days in advance of the scheduled departure date, a deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is required and full payment should be made 18 days in advance of the scheduled departure date.

*Please note that if the final payment is not received 18 days before the scheduled departure date, reservations will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited.

Changes and Cancellations
1. For any changes made 50 days prior to the confirmed tour, the client may enjoy our free change options.

2. The reservation deposit is non-refundable if the client makes cancellation of the tour but it may be applied for your next trip within 18 months.The reservation deposit will not be calculated into the charge of the cancellation percentage.

3. The cancellation penalty will be a certain percentage of the tour price. 50 days to 30 days before the arrival day, the penalty is 10%; 29 days to 15 days is 15%; 14 days to 10 days is 20%; 9 days to 2 days is 25%; cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival day is 30%.

4. After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added, as air cancellation fee, hotel cancellation penalty, etc. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
